  75.                     This document contains information about the 7.2
  76.                     MIPSpro Fortran 90 compiler. This release
  77.                     provides a completely new front-end and and
  78.                     modified back-end based on the MIPSpro 7.2
  79.                     compiler back-end.

  81.                     The MIPSpro F90 compiler supports compilation in
  82.                     either 64-bit mode with -_6_4 or the new high
  83.                     performance 32-bit (n32) mode with -_n_3_2.  In
  84.                     64-bit mode, the POINTER data type is 64 bits in
  85.                     size (all other data types are the same size as
  86.                     in n32 mode).

  88.                     The MIPSpro Fortran 90 compiler supports the
  89.                     Fortran 90 language as specified in the ISO/ANSI
  90.                     standard.  While Fortran 90 is a superset of
  91.                     Fortran 77 and therefore supports that language
  92.                     as well, there have been many extensions
  93.                     implemented in F77 over the years that are not
  94.                     included in F90.

  186.                     This displays the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical browser
